WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Started as an assistant researcher reviewing literature supporting theoretical framework of research. Wrote papers covering: bureaucracy, public management and public service, public policy analysis, project evaluation etc.
MASTER OF PUBLIC POLICY AND ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM GADJAH MADA UNIVERSITY
- 1998-1999 Coordinator of field assistant researcher in research project held by Master of Public Policy and Administration Gadjah Mada University associated with the Ministry of National Education, 1999. The research project evaluated the Performance of Head Master of Senior Secondary High Schools in Indonesia.
- 2006 Member of researcher team in research project held by collaboration between Gadjah Mada University and USAID. The research project did assessment of local governance in the Regency of Klaten, Indonesia.
- 2007 Member of researcher team in research project conducted by collaboration between Gadjah Mada University and Agder University College, Norway. The research project studied transparency in local governments.

- Joined research project supported by Gadjah Mada University Research Centre to analyze the Form of Bureaucracy in the Post- 1999 Elections (1999)ss.
- Conducted a research concerning Public Administration Ethics (2001).
